Visit the ancient Selinùs

Founded in the 7th century BC, it soon became a flourishing power so much so that it was a rival of Segesta and Mozia.
Its inhabitants also experienced destruction, imprisonment and exile by Carthage. The excavations carried out have brought to light treasures of inestimable value such as temples, columns and fortifications.
The archaeological site offers a panorama that extends to the sea.
