Segesta and the Cannolo of Dattilo

THE PERFECT COMBINATION BETWEEN CULTURE AND GOURMET

Segesta and the Cannolo of Dattilo

The city, which according to legend was founded by Trojan refugees, stood on top of Mount Barbaro.
In continuous conflict with Selinunte, it experienced looting and destruction. Only the Doric temple and the theater from the 3rd century BC were saved. which with the remains of houses testify to the glorious past.
Today, every other summer (with Syracuse) theatrical representations of the classical Hellenic world are performed.

After a dive into the past, hikers will enjoy a "sweet break" in the hamlet of Dattilo, where they will be able to buy and taste the famous cannoli.
